Refund policy

At Perennial Trends, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

Please look over your items as soon as you receive your order.

Procedures for Returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a clearance or discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be un-washed and unworn with all tags and labels intact.
  • Include your original packing slip. (Please circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to return.)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our location.
