Shipping policy

Your order will ship via UPS or USPS. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order for shipping. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Please allow extended processing time for holidays and pre-order items.

Addresses that are listed as P.O. boxes will ship via USPS.

Perennial does not offer international shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.

Perennial is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our storefront location, 113 W. Commercial Street Lebanon, Mo. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready! Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-5:30 and Saturday 10:00-3:00. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

Curbside Pickup

We would be glad to meet you at your vehicle with your package. Curbside pickup is available Monday-Friday 10:00-5:30 and Saturday 10:00-3:00. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Please park in front of our storefront located at 113 W. Commercial Street and call 417-588-4438 and an associate will be right out!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
